AGB solenoid pumps are self-priming so that the piston moves at the same frequency during both active and passive phases. This smooth operation reduces vibration and noise which reduces degradation of wearable parts. Our pumps external casings have been designed in a way to create a pocket for thermoprotective devices. All pumps come equipped with an integrated diode.

Key Features:
- Solenoid Actuation: The primary mechanism of a solenoid pump is a solenoid coil that, when energized, generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field moves a plunger or armature, which, in turn, moves a flexible diaphragm.
- Diaphragm Action: The diaphragm separates the fluid being pumped from the solenoid mechanism. When the diaphragm is moved, it creates a change in pressure within the pump chamber, causing the fluid to be drawn in and expelled.
- Precise Flow Control: Solenoid pumps are known for their precise flow control capabilities. They can deliver very accurate and consistent flow rates, making them suitable for applications where dosing or metering of fluids is essential.
- Hermetically Sealed: Many solenoid pumps are hermetically sealed, meaning they have no dynamic seals that can wear out or leak. This design enhances reliability and prevents contamination of the fluid being pumped.
- Compact and Lightweight: Solenoid pumps are typically compact and lightweight, making them suitable for portable and space-constrained applications.
- Variety of Materials: These pumps are available in various materials to handle a wide range of fluids, including corrosive and abrasive substances. Common materials include stainless steel, plastics, and elastomers.
Applications:
- Chemical Dosing: Solenoid pumps are commonly used for accurately dosing chemicals, additives, and reagents in industries such as water treatment, wastewater treatment, and chemical processing.
- Medical and Laboratory: They are used in medical equipment and laboratory instruments for precise fluid handling in applications like analytical chemistry, diagnostics, and research.
- Automotive: Solenoid pumps can be found in automotive systems for fuel injection and emissions control.
- HVAC and Refrigeration: In HVAC and refrigeration systems, they can be used for refrigerant metering and other fluid-handling tasks.
- Agriculture: Solenoid pumps are used in agricultural equipment for precise fertilization and pesticide application.
- Food and Beverage: They are used in the food and beverage industry for dosing ingredients and additives in food processing.
- Printing: Solenoid pumps are utilized in inkjet printers for precise ink delivery.
- Pharmaceuticals: They are used in pharmaceutical manufacturing for accurate dosing of active ingredients.
